Caring for your products.

Original Artworks

  • Be mindful that colours may fade over time if the artwork is in direct sunlight. To keep it looking like new, display artwork in indirect light.
  • Try to avoid humid settings as this will deteriorate the artwork and may cause mould.
  • If possible, keeping your artwork in a frame is a great option to protect and maintain its quality ensuring enjoyment for years to come.

Huichol

  • Be mindful that colours may fade over time if the art piece is in direct sunlight. To keep it looking like new, display artwork in indirect light.
  • Regularly dust your art piece to prevent dirt and debris from accumulating between the glass beads.
  • Keep away from hot sunny areas to prevent the heat from affecting the glue.

Candles

  • Your new candles love to be kept in a dark and dry space, ready to take out when you need to use them.
  • When you reuse your candles, give the wick a little haircut to about 3mm long from the top of the candle.
  • If your candles are looking a bit dusty, just run your finger over the surface to bring them back to their full vibrancy.

Candle holders

  • Do not let candles burn down too close to the base. Candles should be blown out when no less than 1 centimetre of wax is visible.
  • We use a thin layer to seal our paper clay pieces when they are finished. You should always keep your candle holders dry and away from any moisture.
  • To clean, dust your candle holder with a soft cloth. If the piece remains dirty, wipe it with a damp soft cloth and dry it immediately.
  • Please remember all of our paper clay products are fragile and should always be handled with care to avoid breaking or decorations from chipping away.
